kA Testing Facility is an ASTA accredited test laboratory covering both low voltage and high voltage type testing, development testing and product verification.
3 Phase Design specialise in technical product design and supporting companies within the electrical industries.
Knobs & Co. sell an extensive range of industrial knobs and handles that have been tried and tested in numerous applications over many years.
             
Encompass Group is made up of four divisions; Termate, kA Testing Facility, 3 Phase Design and Knobs & Co. The company was established in 1956 as Termination Equipment Company Limited which sold a range of Terminals and Terminal Boxes to British Rail. From the company’s conception, it has prided itself on providing excellent technical support to its customers and has developed the range of products and services with close interaction with customers and employees.

 

The company was taken over by Steve Swann in 1987 and the company renamed Termate. It expanded into new areas of business, specifically Busbar systems.

 

In 2007 Rob Swann took over the company. Rob, who has worked for the company from the age of 16, has continued the spirit of the company by developing new products and services.

 

In 2009 the group was renamed Encompass Group Limited with Termate becoming one of the divisions.
